Research
Problems
After read through the user feedback provided by the customer support department. I have discovered that most of the feedback could be categorized into two user cases.
The users had issues with pairing the remote control with their tv box. They were frustrated about the pair instruction was not clear.
User case
The users complained that When powering tv box by connected to the USB port on the tv. The tv box kept shut down.

Original remote paring design
New remote pairing flow
Created a new user flow based on the user responses to make the flow and content more functional and adding more options for the user to choose from.
Wireframe
Simple layout with a short task description (each paragraph is less than three lines).
Visual concept
Typeface
Ubuntu is a sans-serif typeface with an open type feature. And it is clear and scalable on different screen sizes.
Colors
The color scheme is pop and visible in the extreme dark background. Which draws the user's attention to the images.
First-person perspective image
The first-person perspective allows the user to be more productive and handle more data. I have carefully studied hand gestures while holding buttons in pairing steps before creating those images.
